Welcome!

We cordially invite you to join us! The Broward Coalition, a not-for-profit 501(c)(4) corporation, has been serving the community for over 25 years. We meet the second Friday of each month (excluding July and August) for lunch, which is complimentary and for members only.

Our meetings present topics that help us make decisions about issues that affect us locally, statewide and nationally. We are non-partisan, present both sides of the argument, and do not endorse candidates for political office. We are all volunteers.

Membership includes 10 issues of the NEWSLETTER, notices of our meetings, education, friendship and great lunches. We are a coalition of Condominiums, HOAs, PUDs, CO-OPs, Community Organizations and individuals. We welcome your active participation, and are always seeking volunteers for leadership positions.

Taking on Florida's Political Speech Police
One would think that civic groups would be free to discuss important political issues. After all, free political speech is among the foundational principles protected by the First Amendment.
